Heaven received a loving and beautiful Angel on August 2, 2022 when Wanda (Chester) Hoylman, 84, of Chillicothe, passed into Jesus’ loving arms. She was born February 8, 1938, in Hallsville, OH, to Berman and Rebecca (Campbell) Chester.
Wanda is survived by her son, Todd Uhrig; three loving granddaughters, Nicole Uhrig, Brooke (Jacob) Purpero, and Chloe Uhrig; great-granddaughter whom she cherished, Maliyah Smalley; sister, Ruth (Larry) Mitten; nephews, David (Beth) Mitten and Doug (Tracey) Mitten; and numerous other special family members and friends whom she cherished.
Wanda was predeceased by her husband, George Hoylman and son, Mark Uhrig.
She graduated from Centralia High School Class of 1956 and retired from the Pioneer School where she made many dear friends. Wanda enjoyed volunteering at the Ross County Fair, attending sporting events to watch her granddaughters, and eating out with her friends. She attended Hallsville Community Methodist Church.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 8 at 11:00 a.m. at Hallsville Cemetery with Rev. Greg Gardner officiating, pastor of Wanda’s Church.
