Lee Dell Cummings
Lee Dell Cummings, 79, of Kingston, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2022 at Adena Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 7, 1942, in Grove City, the son of the late Leo Dell and Florence (Allen) Cummings.
Lee will be sadly missed by his son, Sean E. (Donna) Cummings, of Kingston; granddaughters, Shelbie Joy Cummings, of Stoutsville, and Taylor Ann Cummings, of Chillicothe; former wife, Rosemary (Cummings) Brown, of Kingston; step-son, Ron G. (Mary Jo) Sexton, of Circleville, and Stacy G. (Lorra) Claggett, of Kingston; step-granddaughter, Ashley (Stephen) Sterling, of Johnstown; step-grandson, Cody (Kristina) Claggett and Kelton Claggett, both of Kingston; step-great-granddaughter, Emma Claggett; step-great-grandson, Kayson Claggett; sister, Linda Kay Neves, of Grove City; aunt, Pauline Woods, of Ozark, Missouri; special friend, Helen Fields, of New Bern, North Carolina; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.
In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by his eldest son, Brett Alan Cummings.
Lee retired from Nippert Electric Products in Delaware, Ohio after 32 years of employment. Lee enjoyed working in his yard, mowing, and tending to his flowers (red roses were his favorite).
A private graveside service will be held at Salem White Church Cemetery with Rev. Barry Bennett officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston. Condolences and floral gifts can be made on Lee’s online guest registry at www.hillfhkingston.com.
