Joyce Ann (Winland) Perry White

    Joyce Ann (Winland) Perry White, 81, of Tarlton, passed away on June 12, 2021 at her residence. She was born on May 28, 1940, in Laurelville, the daughter of the late Thomas Gaiel and Eva Lucille (Noble) Winland.

    Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Vernon Charles White; daughter, Chris (Paul) Stevens, of Laurelville; granddaughters, Meranda (Chris) Stoll, of VA, and Alise Stevens, of Laurelville; great-granddaughters, Lanaya and Maisen, of VA; sisters, Lois (Clifford) Gordon, of Lancaster, Carol (Pete) Morrison, of Adelphi, and Mary McGlothlen, of Baltimore, OH; step-children, Chuck (Corey) White, of Laurelville, Kimberly (Dave) Lechner, of Chillicothe, and Connie (Scott) Poling, of Laurelville; step-grandchildren, Tory White, Paitaan White, Tequila Bobo, Tristin Jenkins, Gavin Jenkins (Saidee), Colten McNichols, Ashton Poling; Maylene White, Katie Willard, Kari Willard (Joe), and Jessica Willard; special friend, Tina; and numerous other special family members and friends whom she cherished.

    In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her siblings, Larry Winland and Dorothy Crosby; granddaughters, Heather Holzschuh and Corlee Jarvis; step-son, Randle White; nephews, Christopher Winland and Thomas Morrison; brother-in-law, George McGlothlen; and special cousin, Lloyd Noble.

    Joyce retired from Wyn Molded Plastics of Circleville.   

    Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Laurelville. Services have been entrusted to the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston. Condolences can be made on Joyce’s online guest registry at www.hillfhkingston.com.
