John M. Manson
John M. Manson, 73, of Kingston, went to his heavenly home on August 14, 2023 at Pickaway Manor, Circleville. He was born June 5, 1950, in Lancaster, the son of the late John W. and Phyllis (Williams) Manson. On June 8, 1973, he united in marriage with his loving wife of 50 years, Rebecca (Crosby) Manson, who survives.
John is also survived by his son, Eric (Rachel) Manson, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; grandchildren, Audrey, Hannah, Nicole, Taylor, and Payton Manson; brothers, Bob (Jackie) Manson and Tom Manson; sister-in-law, Debbie Manson; special niece, Michelle Dolch; special friend, Bill Search; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.
John was preceded in death by his brothers, Tim Manson and Jerry Lee Manson.
John was a 1969 graduate of Logan Elm High School and retired from Buckeye Steel Casting, Columbus, after around 30 years of service. After retirement, John started his own business, John’s Autobody, which was truly his passion.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston with Rev. Don Houser officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Kingston.
