William Wesley McNeal William McNeal, 88 of Kingston died Feb. 12, 2013 in Piketon.  He was born Oct. 24, 1924 the son of the late Tiffin and Hazel Cox McNeal. He worked at Wearever for 35 years and was a decorated WWII Army veteran. Surviving are his wife, Martha; daughters, Norma Jean Tilley and Dianna Rauschendorfer; son, Michael McNeal; sister, Grace Boecher; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday 11 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Vandagriff officiating.  Burial with the Ross Co. Honor Guard will follow in the Green Summit cemetery.  Friends may call at Hill's one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
