William Alan Higgins
William Alan Higgins, 46, of Circleville, passed away on April 6, 2016 at his residence. William was born, in Nelsonville, on July 27, 1969, the son of Alan B. and Betty (Pritchard) Higgins.
He is survived by his wife, Johnna (Elmore) Higgins, of Marengo; mother, Betty Higgins, of Circleville, and many other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will take place at the convenience of the family. Services are under the direction of the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston. C ondolences can be made on William's online guest registry at www.hillfhkingston.com .
