William Russell Harper

William Russell Harper, 60, of South Bloomingville, passed away on November 19, 2024 at Berger Hospital following an extended illness. He was born on June 21, 1964, in Circleville, the son of the late Pearl Russell and Martha (Boyer) Harper.

William is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Ann (Sarver) Harper; sons, Jesse Harper and Brian (Hannah) Harper; one grandchild on the way; siblings, Rachelle Parker (Todd Hunter), Charles Boyer, and Pearl Ray (Debbie) Harper; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his sister, Marsha Blackburn.

William attended Logan High School and worked most of his life in timber at Riddle Forest Products and Sawmill, Laurelville.
