Willa F. (Birchwell) Shoemaker

Willa F. Shoemaker, 73, of Kingston, entered into Heaven on October 22, 2014 at her home with her family at her side. Willa was born in Paintsville, Kentucky on April 14, 1941. She was predeceased in death by daughter, Sabrina Lee Shoemaker; mother, Cora (Downs) Birchwell; and, father, Richard Ferguson.

She is survived by husband, Raymond Shoemaker; 2 children, daughter Nedra (Terry) Jenkins and son, Brian Shoemaker; 3 grandchildren, Raymond Jenkins, Tasha, and Tabitha Shoemaker. Also surviving are sister, Mary Downs; 2 brothers, William (Nedra) Downs and Charles (Joan) Downs, and special friend and sister-in-law, Carolyn Britton.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with burial following at the Hallsville Cemetery.  Friends may call at Hill's Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m.
