Thomas Monroe Swackhammer Thomas M. Swackhammer, 66, of Chillicothe died suddenly at home May 21, 2012. Tom was born July 4, 1945 to Merril G. and Eunice R. Swackhammer.  Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ralph; and nephew, Christopher Swackhammer. Survivors include sons, William Grant and Thomas Eugene; 5 grandchildren; a great granddaughter; 5 sisters; two brothers; and former wife, Faye. Military memorial service will be observed at a later date.  Calling hours will not be observed.
