Thomas H. Louthen III
Thomas H. Louthen III, 68, of Laurelville, passed away on March 20, 2015 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Brown. He was born on October 31, 1946, the son of Thomas Henry Jr. and Francis (Collins) Louthen. Thomas was an Air Force Veteran. Arrangements are currently pending at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston.
