Ted Noel Ted Noel, 69, of Chillicothe, entered into Heaven September 4, 2013 at Riverside Hospital.  He was born Dec. 15, 1943 the son of the late Garland and Carol Bennett Noel. He is survived by the love of his life his wife, Sharon Noel; son, Ted (Marsha) Noel, Chillicothe; daughters, Kelly Noel, Kingston and Shelley (Keith) Baum, Barnsville;; grandchildren, Jessica Noel,  Casey Noel, Sydney Baum, Asher Baum, Halle Baum; great grandchild, Gavin Michael; brothers, Jack (Susie) Noel, Stoutsville, Jim (Diane) Noel , Courtland; sister, Carol (Jack) Williams, California; and mother of the Noel grandchildren, Lisa Magill.  He was predeceased by a grandson, Tyler Noel, granddaughter Samantha Noel. Ted was a member of Mt. Pleasant Church, Kingston O.E.S Chapter 411, Pickaway Masonic Lodge #23, the Ross County Shrine, Aladdin Shrine Columbus and a Kentucky Colonel.  Mr. Noel worked in food and concession business since 1958 and worked 12  years of food service for the Ross County jail. Memorial services will be Tuesday 6:30 p.m. at the Mt. Pleasant Church, Kingston with Rev.
