Tammie Lynn (Patterson) Cummings

Tammie Lynn (Patterson) Cummings, 51, of Waverly, passed away on September 15, 2026 at OSU Medical Center, Columbus, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born November 10, 1974, in Wellston, the daughter of the late Thomas Michael and Patricia Ann (Keesee) Patterson.

Tammie is survived by her beloved daughter, Taylor Ann Cummings, of Kingston; longtime partner, Roger Beard, of Waverly; special cousin, Elenia Davis; best friend, Shawna Sullivan; special friends, Donna Evans, Jim Matthews, and Terry “TJ” Johnson; and numerous other family members and friends whom she cherished.

Tammie was a wonderful and dedicated mother who loved her daughter immensely. She also loved butterflies. She will be deeply missed.
