Sue Ann (Cox) Congrove

Sue Ann (Cox) Congrove, 64, of Kingston, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. She was born on November 11, 1960, in Ross County, the daughter of the late Russell and Billie (Sexton) Cox.

Sue had a deep passion for her flowers. She was an avid Ohio State, Dale Earnhardt, and Nascar fan. She was a member of an euchre club and had a love for working jigsaw puzzles just like her mom. She spent the last 10 years as a caregiver to her nephew, Russell Thompson.

Sue is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Roger Congrove; daughter, Tamara (Jeremy) Strouse; sons, Dustin and Cody Congrove; grandchildren, Courtny (Alex), Nicolas, Katlyn, and Ava; sisters, Bonnie (Jerry) Williams, Cheryl (Donald) Thompson, and Sally (David) Smith; several nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends whom she cherished.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly; grandson, Sean Jr.; step-father, Fred Fee; brothers, Danny Ray Phillips and Tommy Cox; and sisters, Janet Ross and Ella Thompson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston, with Rev. James Vandagriff officiating.
