Sharon Kay Leasure Sharon Kay Leasure, 65, of Kingston, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 14, 1953, in Adelphi, the daughter of the late Merle and Eunice (Monroe) Swackhammer. Sharon is survived by her loving husband, John William Leasure; son, Wesley (Kristin) Leasure; and numerous other family members and friends whom she cherished. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, John William Leasure II and Christopher Leasure. Sharon graduated from Vinton County High School Class of 1971.
