Sarah Louise (Parrett) Abbott

Sarah Louise (Parrett) Abbott, 78, of Chillicothe, passed away on November 7, 2017 at Adena Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born on September 26, 1939, the daughter of the late David and Louise (Rutherford) Parrett.

Sarah is survived by her children, Ben C. Abbott and Anna (Danny) Horsley; grandchildren, Bennie Abbott and Dan Horsley; great-grandchildren, Blake Horsley, Nevaeh Brown, Serenity Horsley, Madison Allen-Horlsey, Bishop Horlsey, and Colton Horsley; and siblings, Marie Williams, Mary Atwood, Dorothy Hopkins, and Teresa Henderson.

Sarah was preceded in death by her loving husband, Burl C. Abbott, sons, Burl D. Abbott and Luke Abbott, and grandson, Kyle Horsley.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 13 at 11:00 a.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 4 – 7 p.m. at Hill's. Condolences can be made on Sarah's online guest registry at www.hillfhkingston.com.
