Samantha Jo Noel Samantha Jo Noel, 24, of Chillicothe, entered into Heaven Oct. 17, 2012 at Riverside after an extended illness.  She was born Feb. 8, 1988 in Ft. Campbell, Ky., the daughter of Ted and Lisa Magill Noel, Jr.  Sam was a 2007 Zane Trace graduate. She is survived by the love of her life, her son, Gavin Michael; father, Ted (Marsha) Noel, Chillicothe; mother, Lisa Magill, Kingston; sister, Jessica Noel; brother, Casey Noel; grandparents; Ted and Sharon Noel, Chillicothe; Forrest and Donna Magill, Chillicothe; great grandmother, Edna Taylor.  She was predeceased by a brother, Tyler Noel. Funeral services will be Tuesday 11 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Rev. Barry Bennett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
