Rosco Boggs Rosco Boggs, 63, of Adelphi, passed away Oct. 17, 2012 at OSU Medical Center.  He was born Jan. 13, 1949 to the late Floyd R. and Alice P. (Ferguson) Boggs.  Rosco was also predeceased by a daughter, Jamie Lynn.  He is survived by 2 daughters, Stacy & Sarah; 7 grandchildren, Kayla & Kyler Sickles, Khloe Boggs, Justin, Jamie, Lily, & Michael Haynes and many special family and friends. Per his wishes, his ashes will be placed with those of his daughter, Jamie.  We invite friends and family to join us at the Tarlton Town Hall on Friday 5 p.m. Oct . 26th  for a celebration of his life.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to your favorite charity.  Arrangements by the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston (hillfhkingston.com).
