Ronald Gene Morgan

Ronald Gene Morgan, 75, of Clarksburg, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his loving wife following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on June 29, 1950, in Columbus, the son of the late Richard Lee and Helen Marie (Terflinger) Morgan.

Ronald is survived by his beloved wife, Dema Raye (Kneece) Morgan; son, Jeffrey (Tiffany) Morgan; daughter, Erin Morgan; brother, Richard Morgan, of Washington State; cousins, Gayle Wolfe and Jeff Arledge; beloved canine companion, Scotty; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.

Ronald attended Columbus City Schools and worked as a self employed trim carpenter in the area for 40 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for four years. He was awarded the Purple Heart for his actions during his military service. He will be greatly missed.
