Ronald H. Brokaw
Ronald H. Brokaw, 65, of Circleville, entered Heaven June 30, 2012 at his home. He was born March 19, 1947 in Laurelville, Ohio to Herbert and Margaret (Hettinger) Brokaw. He was predeceased by his parents; wife of 40 years, Georgia (Dennis) Brokaw; and brother, Gary (Ruth) Brokaw.
He is survived by children, Tondra (Doug) Farmer, Troy, and Gregory (Samm) Brokaw, Bowling Green; and grandchildren, Cole Brokaw, Addison Brokaw, and Alec Farmer; brothers, Donald (Jo-Ann) Brokaw, Adelphi, Larry Brokaw, Adelphi and Melvin Brokaw, Soughington, CT.; sisters, Kay Ebert, Laurelville, Marilyn (Sam) Garrett, Kingston, and Patricia (Jim) Leach, Laurelville.
Ron was a member of Ralph R. Rickly #670 Masonic Lodge, Valley of Columbus Scottish Rite, Shriners International Columbus, Ohio, Pickaway Shrine Club, and Kingston Chapter #411 Eastern Stars. Ron enjoyed spending time outdoors especially fishing, bicycling and tending to his beautiful residence. Most of all he enjoyed every momemt spent with his grandchildren and the wonderful memories they made together. He was retired from J.A. Croson where he served as a plumber early on and then as project superintendent in his final years.
Funeral service will be Thursday, July 5 at 10 am at the Community United Methodist Church, Circleville with Rev. Barry Burns officiating. Burial will follow with military honors in the Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday, July 4 from 2 - 8 pm at Hill's Funeral Home, Kingston.
