Robert Lee Moore

Robert Lee Moore, 83, of Laurelville, went to be with our Lord on June 29, 2017 at Genesis Healthcare, Circleville.  He was born, in Grove City, on February 23, 1934, the son of the late Ivan and Lottie M. (Jackson) Moore. On November 2, 1991, he united in marriage with his loving wife, Rowena L. (McWhorter) Moore, who survives.

Robert is also survived by his children, Rob Moore, John Larkins, and Doyle (Melissa) Ferguson; grandchildren, Kyle Ferguson; and sister, Pat Roberts.

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond Moore, Roger Jackson, Carol Cantrel, Virginia Wallace, and Wilma Wallace.

Robert was a member of the Pleasant Hill Community Church and retired from Owens-Illinois Glass Company after 42 years of service.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 3 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Hill Church (15290 St. Rt. 327, Laurelville, OH 43135) with Rev. Jim Wine and Rev. Cliff Harber officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 4 – 7 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston.
