Robert "Bob" Armstrong Robert "Bob" Armstrong, 67, of Chillicothe, died Nov. 16 at V. A. Medical Center.  He was born June 2, 1945 to the late William and Hettie Hutchison Armstrong.  Bob was a Vietnam Army veteran and a self employed truck driver.  He was a member of the Loyal order of Moose# 1626. He survived by his wife, Marie; children, Hettie Armstrong and Billy Kraftefer; step children, Dennis, Troy (Joe), Debbie and Jeff Doyle; and seven grandchildren.  Bob was also predeceased by an infant sister, son, and step son. Funeral services will be Tuesday 11 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Pastor Larry Leasure.  Burial with the Ross Co. Honor Guard will follow in the Jones cemetery.  Friend may call at Hill's Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
