Novella Imogene (Woodward) Eveland

Novella Imogene (Woodward) Eveland, 93, of Adelphi, entered into Heaven on December 28, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 18, 1928, in Pickaway County, the daughter of the late Bundy and Mary (Lightel) Woodward.

Novella is survived by her beloved children, Beverly Pennington, of Adelphi, Rita Tisdale, of Adelphi, Randy (Karen) Knece, of Lancaster, and Tony (Angie) Eveland, of Chillicothe; eleven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other special family members and friends whom she cherished.

In addition to her parents, Novella was preceded in death by her husbands, Edgar Knece and Samuel Eveland; son, Danny Knece; and grandchild, Shawn Tisdale.

Novella was a devoted member of the Laurelville VFW Post 8657.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston, with Rev. James Vandagriff officiating. Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery, Adelphi.
