Nina C. Azbell Nina P. (Cook) Azbell, 97, of Lancaster, went to be with the Lord Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012 at Logan Elm Health Care. She was born June 25, 1915 to Craig and Jessie Elkins Cook of Harts Creek, W. Virginia. She was predeceased by her husband, Melvin Azbell; children, Richard Vanatter and Sally (Harold) Moss; and 3 sisters and 4 brothers. She is survived by grandchildren, Brian Moss, Mark (Colette) Moss, Gregory (Brenda Lee) Moss, Tim (Tammy) Moss, Teressa (Charlie) Fout, Annette (Mike) Copeland, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a very special friend Karen Mace. Nina will surely be sadly missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Heartland Hospice Services at 6500 Busch Boulevard, Suite 210, Columbus, Ohio in Nina's memory. The family would like to send a very special thank you to Logan Elm Health Care for providing Nina with excellent care. Funeral services will be Wednesday Dec. 26, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Rev. Lynn Summers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Prairie View Cemetery.
