Nicholas Rex Hoffmann

Nicholas Rex Hoffmann, 61, of Circleville, passed away on June 17th, 2025 surrounded by his loving family following a brief illness. He was born on January 29, 1964, in Bethesda, Maryland, the son of the late Rex Hoffmann and Ruth Blosser.

Nic was predeceased by sister, Faye Wade; mother and father-in-law, Ed and Bonnie Evans; brother-in-laws, Randy Davis and Greg Evans; and sister-in-law, Pam Gonzalez.

On April 30th, 1988, Nic married his high school sweetheart, Pam (Evans) Hoffmann, who survives. He is also survived by his son, Blake Hoffmann and grand puppy, Meadow; sister, Karen (Mark) Moyer; brother, Jeff Gonzalez; in-laws, Cyndi Davis, Beth Evans, Tammy Payne, Sue Evans and Chris Wade; beloved nieces and nephews, Amanda (Kevin) Livingston, Nichole (Alex) Loechel, Jamie (Ashley) Evans, Ryan Moyer, Austin (Kaibi) Davis, Matt Moyer, Justin Wade, and Cameron Evans; coming soon great nephew, Waylon Craig Davis; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.

Nic was employed with Kenworth Trucking Co. for 14 years, a 1982 graduate of Paint Valley High School and Pickaway Ross Vocational School and a 1984 graduate of Devry Institute of Technology. After graduation, Nic accepted a job with Harris Computer Systems in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 1994 he returned home to run Angle Welding and Fabrication. Nic's hobbies included going to the motocross races, riding his Harley, camping with family and friends, smoking a variety of meats, going to the beach, scuba diving, and enjoying oysters and soft shell crab sandwiches. He enjoyed attending rock concerts and listening to his music LOUD!

In memory of Nic, crank your stereo wide open ("if it's too loud, you're too old!") and enjoy a nice shot of bourbon.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a celebration of life service to follow at 6:00 p.m. with dear friend Andy Judd officiating. Condolences can be made on Nic's online guest registry at www.hillfhkingston.com.
