Minnie I. Scott Minnie I. Scott, 98, of Chillicothe, was taken by the Lord to walk with him on August 10, 2013. She was born on August 9, 1915 to the late George and Sudie (Chew) Boden. Surviving are a grandson, Jeff (Dianna) McGee; great grandchildren, Matt (Kim Edwards) McGee, Jeremiah (Becky) Johnson, Amanda (Zach) Hoylman, and Dylan McGee; great great grandchildren, Peyton Arthurs, Chloe and Carson Johnson, and Kinley Hoylman; sister, Hazel Wilson and several nieces and nephews. Minnie worked at JC Penny Co. for 35 before retiring and worked many long hard hours in the fields as a farmer growing up. She was predeceased by husbands, Clem Chester and Maxie Scott; daughter, Nancy McGee; son-in-law, Don McGee; granddaughter, Debbie Johnson; sisters, Martha Grant, Stella Reis and Ruth Jackson; brothers, Ernest, Charles, Henry, and Phillip Boden. Funeral services will be Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Rev. Barry Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Mt Pleasant Cemetery.
