Mary Jo (Robinson) Bucy

Mary Jo (Robinson) Bucy, 73, of Kingston, went to be with our Lord on December 7, 2016 at Heartland Nursing Home, Chillicothe. She was born on March 17, 1943, in Piketon, the daughter of the late Milford and Nevada (Dunaway) Robinson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Glenn Bucy, of Kingston; daughter, Sandra Seitz and son, Jeff Carper, both of Circleville; step-children, Glen Bucy, of Fort Worth, TX, Tammy Bouner, of Chillicothe, Charles Bucy, of Seattle, WA, and Keri Reif, of Seattle, WA; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Herb (Joy) Robinson, of Lancaster, Russ (Sue) Robinson, of Amanda, and George Robinson, of Lattieville; and sister, Nancy Chaffin, of Kingston.

She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Jo retired from GE Circleville with 35 years of service. She was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church, Chillicothe.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9 at 2:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston with Pastor Ryan Bevan and Assistant Pastor Shane Browning officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call at Hill's on Friday from noon until the time of the service.
