Marilyn Kay Roll French Marilyn Kay Roll French, 82, of Kingston, passed this life August 24, 2012 at her home. She was born March 17, 1930 in Kingston to the late Clifford L. "Doc" and Leona Leasure Roll Ours.  She was also predeceased by her husband, Charles Junior "Frenchie" French, on Sept. 3, 1985; bothers, John Roll; step father, Harley Ours. Surviving are sons, Charles "Ronny" (Threesa) French, Chillicothe,, Rick and Terry (Jody) French, all of Kingston; daughter, Peggy Pickell, Chillicothe; 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Norma Jean (Joseph) Ours, Xenia, Pete (Joyce) Roll, Bucyrus, Shirley Ann Lipker, Carroll, sister-in-law, Deanne Roll, Circleville; aunt, Dolly Brown, Washington C.H. Marilyn was a life long resident of Kingston.  She was a 1948 Kingston Union High School graduate, worked at Purina Mills, General Electric and as a cook at Zane Trace Schools.   Marilyn's life passion was line and square dancing and was a proud member and active participants of the Kingston Kickers.  She was owner of the Kingston Dance Hall.  She never knew a stranger and was an avid gardener and will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Funeral services will be Wednesday 11: 00 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Rev. Barry Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  Friends may call at Hill's Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kingston-Green Twp. Voluntary Fire Company/ Assoc. to be designated to the Green Twp. firefighters memorial in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery to which she was an avid supporter.  Online registry at hillfhkingston.com.
