Kathy Fay Dean-Clary

Kathy Fay Dean-Clary, 59, of Londonderry, passed away on August 5, 2017 at Adena Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.  She was born, in Hugo, OK, on August 7, 1957, the daughter of Homer Edward Dean and Ethel Laverne Knight, who survive.

Kathy is also survived by the love of her life, Michael E. Clary; children, Richard L. (Jeana) Dean, of Londonderry; Chase P. (Tammy Rickett) Ankney, Michael J. (Shannon) Clary, Mindy M. Clary, and Kayla R. Myers; brothers, Dewayne Jervis, Charles Jervis, and Eddie Jervis; sister, Brenda Jervis; grandchildren, Richard Dean, Trevor Dean, Colton Phillips, Dylan Hines, Clayton Clary, and Chelsy (Steve) Withrow; and great grandchildren, Josiah Myers and Angel Rickett.

She was preceded in death by her son, Vern P. Ankney and brothers, Larry Dean and Larry Jervis.
