Kara Lynn Hodge

Kara Lynn Hodge, 22, of Chillicothe, entered into Heaven unexpectedly on June 10, 2022 at Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 5, 2000 in Washington Court House.

Kara is survived by her dad, Michael Johnson; mother, Samantha (Mamadou) Seck; father, Seth Hodge; siblings, William Johnson, Dante Hodge, Maykala Hodge, and Alexis Hodge; grandmothers, Betty Parker, Sally Davis, and Sue Hodge; grandfather, Larry Stewart; great-grandmother, Betty Hollar; and numerous other special family members and friends whom she cherished.

Kara attended Chillicothe High School. She was a very special person who loved her family and friends dearly and was loyal to a fault. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Rising Son Church (10756 Hayesville Road, Kingston, OH 45644) with Rev. Shirley Justice presiding. Burial will follow in Rising Son Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
