Judy Welch Judy Welch, 66, of Circleville, passed into Heaven June 28, 2012, at her son's home.  She was born Nov. 4, 1945 in Circleville to the late Finley and Dorothy (Nungester) King.  On Dec. 29, 1975, she married Richard L. Welch who survives. Also surviving are sons, Eric King, Richard Welch, Tommy Welch, and Chris Welch; daughters, Toni Carnahan, Nancy Tymoszczuk and Page Webb; brothers, Paul, Bob, Wes and Denny King; sisters, Peggy King, Carol Kaiser and Martha Jordan; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and special friend, Nancy Herron.  She was also predeceased by sisters, Mary Ann King and Virginia "Ginny" Congrove. Funeral service will be Sunday 2 p.m  at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Rev. Leslie Allen officiating.  Burial will follow in the Meade Cemetery.  Friends may call at Hill's Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m.   Online registry is available at hillfhkingston.com.
