Judy Kay (Cradlebaugh) Norman

Judy Kay (Cradlebaugh) Norman, 62, of Washington Court House, passed away on February 5, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 9, 1963, in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late William and Shirley (Pickell) Cradlebaugh.

Judy is survived by her beloved children, Alisha Rossiter (Rick Talley), Bernie Rossiter, and Teila Mercer; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild, siblings, Debra (Leroy) Scott, Terry Cradlebaugh, and Rick Cradlebaugh; and numerous other family members and friends whom she cherished.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her daughters, Trina Rossiter and China Mercer; brother, Dale Cradlebaugh; and sister-in-law, Wanda Cradlebaugh.

Judy graduated from Logan Elm High School Class of 1982 and worked for several years at Trim Systems, of Chillicothe, as a shift manager. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She also loved horses and enjoyed playing board games and cards. She will be deeply missed.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston with Pastor Mark Gray officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Laurelville. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Hill’s.
