Joshua Thomas Payne

Joshua Thomas Payne, 38, of Frankfort, passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born on December 24, 1982, in Chillicothe, the son of Cody and Mary Jane (Porter) Payne, who survive.

Joshua is also survived by his beloved daughter, Summer Cheyanne Payne; brother, Jeremy (LeeAnn) Payne, of Troy; uncles and aunt, Mike (Lori) Porter, Pat (Jeannie) Porter, and Bonnie (Terry) Landrum; nieces and nephew, Olive Payne, Cora Payne, and Emmett Payne, all of Troy; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.

Joshua was a 2001 graduate of Adena High School. He adored his daughter who was the light of his life. Joshua also enjoyed fishing, playing video games and was a sports car enthusiast.

There will be no visitation or services held at this time. A private memorial will take place at the convenience of the family with burial to follow in Springbank Cemetery.
