John Fredrick Smith John Fredrick Smith, 56, of Chillicothe, passed away on August 28, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family following an extended illness. He was born on August 7, 1963, in Cincinnati, the son of the late John Samuel and Joann (Cotton) Smith. John is survived by his siblings, Steve (Jane) Graham, of Tarlton, Rocky Smith, of Chillicothe, and Rebecca Warner (John Rawlins), of Chillicothe; fiancé and caregiver, Starla Roberts, and her children and grandchildren; his beloved dogs; and numerous other family members and friends whom he cherished. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 31 at 2:00 p.m. at the Free Holiness Church (852 Monroe Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston.
