John Carroll

John Carroll, 71, of Kingston, husband of Linda Carroll, passed away at home in the arms of his loved ones due to a sudden illness on August 29, 2015.

John is leaving behind his wife; son, John Lee (Kim) Carroll; adopted son through love, John Wright; sister, Nancy (Ted) Brown; brother, Don (Deanna) Carroll; and also adopted through love, Dolly, Shelby, and Liam VanHoose.

John was a devoted friend and mentor to many in the community. He was a member of the Kingston Fire Department for 40 years, Mid-Ohio Tractor Association, and served his country in the U.S. Army.

John was preceded in death by his daughter, Teresa Sue Carroll, and parents, Howard and Regina Carroll.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 2 at 4 pm at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Pastor Michael Brady officiating. Calling hours will be held from 1 pm until the time of the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the Circle Area Humane Society (185 Island Rd, Circleville, OH 43113).
