Joanne Arledge Patrick

Circleville - Joanne (Arledge) Patrick 91, of Circleville, passed away Wednesday,  November  27, 2024 while surrounded by family. She was born on June 22, 1933 near Kingston, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira EuGene Patrick; parents, Robert Arledge and Lucy (Martin) Arledge, of Kingston; brother, Ronny Arledge; and his daughter, Tonya Arledge. She was married to EuGene Patrick on May 24, 1952 in Liberty, IN. Joanne is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Tom) Davis; sons, Daniel (Chris) Patrick and Michael (Donna) Patrick; grandchildren, Natalie (Steve) Timmons, Adam (Becca) Davis, Jonathan (Kristen) Davis, Erin (Anthony) Haupt, Allison (Rick) Steffens, Mack and Isabella Patrick; great-grandchildren, Ayla, Addison and Dax Davis, Claire and Graham Davis, Laney, Trey and Lance Haupt, Patrick Timmons, and Hadley Mae and Hudson Steffens.

Joanne was school Treasurer for Logan Elm Local Schools for more than ten years, and her name appears on a generation of graduate diplomas. She was an accomplished piano and organ player, and played along with her husband, Gene. Joanne and Gene farmed in Pickaway and Ross counties for many years, leaving the farm in 1986. She also worked for over 5 years preparing income taxes for HR Block, and worked in the office at PPG. Joanne was a member of the Salem Methodist Church of Kingston and Outreach Ministries of Circleville and was very fond of both of her church families.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston, with Rev. Barry Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Kingston. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at Hill's.
