Jeffrey Alan Webb

Jeffrey Alan Webb, 50, of Chillicothe, passed away on December 18, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 22, 1971, in Portsmouth, the son of the late William and Kay (Webb) Harris.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Teresa (Rinehart) Webb; beloved daughters, Rylee (Cody) Pulsinelli and Morgan Webb; sisters, Alicia Harris and Crystal Tackett; grandmother, Thelma Miller; father and mother-in-law, Steven and Rachel Rinehart; sister-in-law, Tiya (Adam) Skaggs; several special nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.

Jeff was a graduate of Waverly High School. He was passionate about sports and was a well known recreational softball coach who touched the lives of many athletes over the years.

Private funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 22 at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston, with Shelia McPherson officiating. There will be no public visitation. A public graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 22 at 2:15 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Kingston.
