James W. Pennington James W. Pennington, 69, of Chillicothe, passed Nov. 2, 2013 at Adena.   He was born Sept. 2, 1944 to the late Williard and Dorothy Pennington.  He was retired from Thompson Consumer (RCA) and was a Vietnam Era Army Veteran. James is survived by his wife, Beverly Knece Pennington; daughters, Cynthia Erwin, Chillicothe, Angie (David) Whitt, Circleville and Shauna (Brian) Carr, Chillicothe; siblings, Joyce Hupp, Laurelville, Larry Pennington, Chillicothe, David (Jane) Pennington, Circleville and Randy Dean, Lakeland , Florida; Special friend, Brian Coffenberger; and 6 grandchildren.  He was also predeceased by a brother, Rocky Dean. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Pastor Vandagriff officiating.  Burial with the Ross Co. Honor Guard at the Green Summit Cemetery.
