James Paul Cain James Paul Cain, 69, of Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. He was a resident of the Knaack CRC Home in Circleville, Ohio, where he lived the last 10 years. He was born on November 14, 1949, in West Virginia, a son of Peggy Angnus Kuffa - Katulski. James is survived by his brother, Ronnie Drulls. James served in the U.S. Military and served time in Vietnam. He enjoyed race cars and talking and telling stories to everyone.
