James Adkins

James Adkins, 76, of Circleville, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016. He was born in Chillicothe on October 4, 1940, the son of the late Ivan and Helen (Shoemaker) Adkins.

He is survived by his children, Stephen Adkins, of Chillicothe, Tina Caplinger, of Chillicothe, and Amy Adkins, of Portland, Oregon; and the mother of his children, Eddith Adkins, of Chillicothe.  James worked as a diesel mechanic for many years before he retired.
