Homer Louis Wiget Sr.

Homer Louis Wiget Sr., 87, of Kingston, entered into Heaven on December 24, 2018 at Adena Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 15, 1931, in Portsmouth, the son of the late Clarence and Mary (Ruby) Wiget. On November 14, 1962, he was united in marriage with his loving wife, Sandra (Reynolds) Wiget, who survives.

Homer is also survived by his children, Karen Cochran, Sherrie Wiget, Jennifer Founds, Connie O'Briant, Michael Reynolds, Regina Wiget, Mary Jordan, and Homer (Lou) Wiget Jr.; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Milroy and Joyce Johnson; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.

Homer was a 1949 graduate of Central High School, Columbus. He loved gardening and adored his beloved pets.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 30 at 2:00 p.m. at the Adelphi United Methodist Church with Pastor Brian Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery, Adelphi.
