Obituary

Harold Schwalbach Harold Schwalbach, 74, of Hallsville, was taken by the Lord to walk with him in Heaven March 17, 2013.  He was born July 21, 1938 in Ross County to the late Hershel and Evelyn (Evans) Schwalbach. Surviving are Beverly Hinton Schwalbach, wife of 56 years; daughters, Rhonda (Jay) Hayth, Sharon (Jackie) Atkins, Debbie Schwalbach, and Dianna (Jeff) McGee; grandchildren, Jayme (Jason) Cantrell, Ryan (special friend, Amy) Hayth, Dylan McGee, Matt (Kim Edwards) McGee, Jeremiah (Becky) Johnson, Amanda (Zach) Hoylman; great grandchildren, Jamyson"Tadpole", Jadyn"Kati-did", Jilyan"Cricket" &  Jayce "Tater" Cantrell, Peyton Arthurs, Chloe Johnson, and Kinley Hoylman. He first worked at Herrnstein's on Water Street, later at the State Highway, Central Materials, and finally retiring from Sears in 1998. He was a former Colerain Township clerk, a long time 4-H advisor and an active member of The Ross County Fair Board. Funeral services will be Friday 2 p.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Pastor Martin Denes officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hallsville cemetery.  Friends may call at Hill's Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.  Online registry at hillfhkingston.com.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Crouse Chapel UM Church or Adena Hospice.
