Faith Patricia Reed Faith Patricia (Van Etten) Reed, 68, of Kingston, passed away July 13, 2014 at her home. She is was born on June 14, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Pastor Dorr and Ruth Van Etten. She married the love of her life, Richard Reed, on May 2, 1970, who preceded her in death on Feb 22, 2008. Tricia is survived by her children, Colleen (Ed) Wilson, of Kingston, and Todd (Danielle) Reed, of Stoutsville; grandchildren, Connor, Riley, Aaron, Ethan, Kya and Kalyn; and sister, Sara Black, of San Jose, California. She was a graduate of Florida State University and Wright State University. She retired from the Chillicothe VA as the Head Women's Veterans Coordinator.  She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. Services will be held Thursday at 6 p.m. on July 17, 2014 at Mt.
