Ethel Fay (Park) Congrove

Ethel Fay (Park) Congrove, 81, of Laurelville, passed away on November 16, 2016 at the Valley View Care Center, Frankfort. She was born in Vinton County on March 28, 1935, the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Laura A. (Pettit) Park.

She is survived by her special niece and nephew, Joan and Luke Lagore, of McArthur; sisters, Kay Hines, of Londonderry, Connie (Jack) Davis, of Chillicothe, Karen Park, of Laurelville, and Ann Davis, of Florida; brother, Earl Park, of Circleville; and brother-in-law, Ed Dozer.

Ethel was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard N. Congrove Sr. and sister, Betty Dozer.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 21 at 1:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston with Rev. James Vandagriff officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Summit Cemetery.
