Ernest Lee "Pete" Lowery Ernest Lee "Pete" Lowery, 86, of Chillicothe, passed away peacefully into the loving arms of Christ on March 29, 2019 at his residence after a two year battle with cancer. He was born on September 27, 1932, in Chillicothe, the son of the late William and Hazel Marie (Coulburn) Lowry. On July 15, 1957, he united in marriage with his loving wife, Norma Jane (Chaffin) Lowery, who survives. Ernest is also survived by his children, Craig Lowery, Keith Lowery, Ernest Lowery II, Janet Leasure, and Teresa Lowery, all of Chillicothe; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings, Carl Lowry, Charles Lowry, Peggy Lowry, and Norma Lowry; special sister-in-law, Ellamay Williamson; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished. In addition to his parents, Ernest was also preceded in death by his son, Kevin Lowery, and 8 siblings. Arrangements have been entrusted to the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston.
