Elmer Wayne Justice

Elmer Wayne Justice, 71, of Ray, passed away on November 28, 2015 at Adena Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born on January 8, 1944, the son of the late Isaac and Viola (Seymour) Justice.

Elmer was a 1963 graduate of Vinton County High School. On April 18, 1966, he married the love of his life, Carol (Huston) Justice.

Elmer is survived by his wife of 50 years; son, Mike Justice, of Ray; brother, Don (Mary) Justice, of Amanda; sisters, Edna Smith, of Londonderry, and Magel (Dennis) Eddlemon, of TN; and many other special family members and friends.

Elmer was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Clarence, Harold, and Floyd Justice; and sister, Ruth Crowe.

He worked at RCA, in Circleville, for around 20 years and enjoyed collecting and working on classic muscle cars.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 3 at 11:00 a.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 3 - 7 at Hill's. C ondolences can be made on Elmer's online guest registry at hillfhkingston.com .
