Eldon Eugene Bailor Eldon Eugene Bailor, 83, of Lanfair Center, in Lancaster, died peacefully on November 24, 2014 during a brief stay at The Pickering House.  He was born on February 13, 1931 to the late Merrill Joseph and Laura Lavina (Diehl) Bailor.  On May 13, 1951, he married Phyllis Eileen (McGinnis) Bailor, who survives. Also surviving are his sons and daughter, Michael (Jacqueline) Bailor, Grove City; Patricia (Robert) Gable, Cincinnati; Joseph Bailor, Pleasantville; and Bruce Bailor, Valencia, CA; grandchildren, Jennie Rowles, Bremen; Erin (Steven) Daugherty, Logan; Amanda Gable, Cincinnati; Zachary Gable, Covington, KY; Jake Gable, Cincinnati; Nathanael (Nikia) Bailor, Bremen; Jessica Bailor, Bremen; sister in law, Florence (McGinnis) Fogler, Circleville; nieces, Eileen (Dr. David) Weed, Kingwood, TX; Joyce (Rev. John) Michles, Circleville, and Eric (Nicole) Fogler, Tarlton and many great grandchilderen and friends. In addition to his parents, Eldon was preceded in death by brothers, Charles (Agusta) Bailor and George Bailor; and brother in law, Dale Fogler. After growing up with his family near the Bailor Road family farm in Laurelville, Eldon began his career as a mechanic at Bower's Tractor Sales in Circleville.  Throughout his career, he was employed by Reed Tractor Sales, Lancaster; Deeds Dairy, Lancaster; Pennington Bread, Lancaster; General Mills, Lancaster; and PPG Industries, Circleville, from where he retired in 1993. Eldon had been a member of Mills Memorial, Pleasantville and South Bloomfield United Methodist Churches.  He had resided at Lanfair Center since 2007. The family of Eldon Bailor would like to express their deepest thanks to the Lanfair Center and the Pickering House staff for their exceptional and very much appreciated care for Eldon during is stay at each facility.
