Dorothy M. Riggs Dorothy M. Riggs, 76, of Chillicothe, died Nov. 10, 2012 at Pike Community Hospital. Dorothy was born Aug. 14, 1936 in Kingston to the late Green and Lulu Large Adams. Surviving are a brother, Roger (Dottie) Adams; sisters, Linda (Rick) Riggs and  Norma Jean Fosnaugh; sons, Rich (Cathy) Liebe and John (Vicky) Liebe; daughter, Cindy (Frank) Tyler; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loved friends. She was preceded her death by her husband, Fred Riggs; sisters, Janice Blankenship and Ruby Hinton; son, Jim Liebe; daughter, Cathy Liebe; grandsons, Josh Landman, Josh Liebe and Robert Henry; granddaughter, Alexis Charles. Funeral services will be Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston with Pastor Buris officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt.
