Donald Lee Low Donald Lee Low, 47 of Laurelville went to be with the Lord March 28, 2012 unexpectedly at O.S.U. surrounded by his family.  He was born April 30, 1964 in Columbus to Paul and Stella Ellis Low.  He was a mechanic for Rail America. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Hedges Low; father, Paul Low; sons, Shaun (Toshia) Low, Kevin M. (Kathie) Vanover, Nathan (Jessica) Vanover, and Dalton Phillips; daughter, Amber Bell, April (James) Mullet, Amanda (Shawn) Low, and Misty Phillips; brothers, Brian (Elisa) Low; sisters, Debbie (Len) Beach and Paula Wallace; and 13 grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his mother, Stella. A memorial service will take place on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston.  Private burial will follow at the families convenience.  An online book of memories can be found at hillfhkingston.com for friends and loved ones to sign.
