Clara Le Mae (Jones) Johnson

Clara Le Mae (Jones) Johnson, 57, of Chillicothe, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2022 at Adena Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born June 27, 1965, in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Richard Raymond and Ramona Elaine (Tabler) Jones.

Clara is survived by her children, Abigail Katherine Johnson, Nathan Kane Johnson, and Alexis Rushelle Alexander; sister, Tammie (Brian) Sims; brothers, Richard Jones and Jeffrey Jones; several special nieces and nephews; special friends, John McGraw and Danny Adams; and numerous other special family members and friends whom she cherished.

Clara was also preceded in death by her special friends, Nicki Sowers and Russell Eugene Alexander.

Clara was a 1983 graduate of Southeastern High School and proudly served her country in the United States Army.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 21 at 1:00 p.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston, with Pastor Larry Leasure officiating. Burial will follow in Hallsville Cemetery, Hallsville, with military honors provided by the Ross County Veteran's Honor Guard. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Hill's.
