Carol Sue McNichols

Carol Sue McNichols, 60, of Laurelville, passed away on March 10, 2017 at Mount Carmel West surrounded by her family. She was born July 6, 1956, the daughter of the late Leroy and Anna Hedges. On October 19, 1974, she married her loving husband of 42 years, Tim McNichols, who survives.

She is also survived by her children, Joey (Becky) McNichols and Jennifer McNichols, both of Laurelville; grandchildren, Tyler, Colten, Branden, and Kaylee McNichols; and siblings, Janet Nungester, Linda Miller, Marvin (Patty) Hedges, Jerry (Kathy) Hedges, Paul (Kricket) Hedges, Larry (Carol) Hedges, Harry (Marlene) Hedges, and Rick Hedges; brother-in-laws, Jerry (Brenda Esteps) McNichols, Rick (Sue) McNichols, and Bill (Karen) McNichols; sister-in-law, Jackie (Tom) Hunts; several nieces and nephews; and many other special friends and family members.

Carol was also preceded in death by brothers, Eddie, Dwayne, and Dale Hedges, and infant sister and niece, Melissa Fletcher.

Carol was an avid mushroom hunter and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 15 at 11:00 a.m. at the HILL FUNERAL HOME, Kingston with Rev. James Vandagriff officiating. Burial will follow at Green Summit Cemetery.
